It's another baby girl for actor Chad Lowe and his wife, Kim Painter Lowe. The couple announced the the Nov. 15 birth via Twitter.
"It's a girl!!! And she's as beautiful as her mommy (@ikimlowe) & big sister Mabel!! We are blessed!" read Lowe's exultant tweet.
Kim Lowe's tweet today sounded more relieved. "Thanks everyone, for all your kind words!! We r exhausted but loving every minute with our new little addition :-)."

Just before the birth, Kim Lowe sounded anxious for it to be over. "If I get sucker-punched in the ribs one more time, I may start fighting back. Holy Toledo...Ouch!!!! (ninja growing in there for sure)!!!"
Amazing that women in labor can still find the strength to pull out their phones and tweet.
Lowe, 44, is a star of Pretty Little Liars on ABC Family, is the younger brother of actor Rob Lowe and the former husband of Hilary Swank.
He and Kim, a producer, met in 2007, welcomed Mabel, now 3, in 2009, and married in August 2010.
